We are so honored to announce a very special adventure which will be occuring Thursday, June 24th, 2010 from 6pm - 9pm...

Janet Szabo, author and owner of Big Sky Knitting Designs (http://www.bigskyknitting.com/) will be in Myrtle Beach and has graciously asked us to host a 3 hour "short vacation around the world of knitting!" The adventure is called:

Cables and Beyond: Take a trip around the world of cables. Experiment with slip-stitch cables, cables and lace, infinite cables, modular cables, cables and color, and many other techniques!

The adventure will be at Knit-N-Purl. Included in the adventure is a signed copy of Janet's book, "Cables, Volume 1", light hors devours, Coffee, Sweet & Unsweetened tea, and a very special after hours sale. Those who participate in the adventure will be given 15% off purchases made after the conclusion of the adventure! (this discount does not apply to the adventure itself!) The cost of this adventure will be $60.

Join us each Wednesday for "Pay It Forward" knitting day! Yarn has generously been donated to assist local charities in their needs...so drop in any time on Wednesday, bring your needles and knit a project (hats, scarves, mittens, blankets, squares for blankets, etc) Our current charity is the Pre-natal unit at Loris Hospital.

Beginners classes every Saturday! Learn the basics! Cast-on, knit, purl & Bind-off.
